According to the police report, she was not having her seat belt on and must have been driving very fast. Here is what her boyfriend Keith Jones, a TV anchor for Philadelphia’s NBC affiliate, said “Indeed words fall short of describing the pain and agony in my heart right now, but one thing is for sure,I’m indebted and ever grateful for the time I spent with Cara.
